The company is located in SIIDCUL Haridwar in 3200 sq. mtr. area equipped with rubber mixing unit, compression & injection molding (in rubber), plastic injection molding & power press machine for manufacturing of sheet metal items. Testing facility (in rubber) is available which can determine parameters such as ageing, tensile, elongation & modulus, rheometric analysis, hardness, ash content, moisture content. In-house tool room facility for manufacturing molds/dies. Siemens NX cad software issued for designing molds & delcam software is used for VMC operations. For uninterrupted power supply there is a DG of 500KVA capacity. Two air compressors of 50 & 70 cfm.
